Welding Fabricator.

Job Description:
JEP Welding Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, precision, and creativity to construct and repair various metal and aluminum parts by welding and fabricating. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in welding techniques, safety consciousness, and the ability to read blueprints and drawings. Responsibilities
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand.
• Field install welds, including ducts, piping systems, and structural steel.
• Custom fabricate metal parts and equipment.
• Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
• Follow and maintain knowledge of safety protocol.
• Utilize machinery to create parts for weldments.
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator.
• Technical training or certification in welding and fabrication.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.).
• Deftness and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, calipers etc.).
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant professional/vocational qualification is a plus.
