Senior Sales Representative (Retail): for 6 Month Position.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Senior Sales Representative with strong retail experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be confident interacting with customers, managing sales activities, supporting showroom operations, and assisting with general administrative tasks that contribute to smooth daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering product inquiries, and managing sales transactions
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and promotional materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools
• Update the company’s website and social media channels with product information and sales content
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with clients and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining showroom presentation
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate sales records
• Support inventory checks, stock organization, and product display updates
• Ensure professionalism and accuracy in all customer interactions and documentation
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail sales or a related customer service role
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing, and customer engagement
• High school diploma required; some college or university preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities, reliability, and trustworthiness
• Clean police clearance and drug free status required
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
