We’re hiring a Rum Ambassador & Tour Guide at Cayman Spirits Co. 🥃🌴
We’re looking for an outgoing, charismatic and reliable Caymanian to join our team and help deliver the experience behind one of Cayman’s most popular distillery tours.
The role includes:
• Hosting guests on our Cayman Spirits rum tours
• Sharing the story of our distillery, brands and products
• Assisting in our retail store
• Helping with occasional special events and activations
No previous rum or distillery experience is required — full training will be provided.
Compensation: CI$8.75–$12 per hour depending on experience, plus tips. Tips make up a significant part of total earnings, creating a very competitive overall compensation package.
Only Caymanians will be considered for this position.
