Sales Associate (Cash).

CFG is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Associate to join our retail team. The successful candidate must have a strong background in fashion retail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a confident individual with strong sales ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for fashion trends to effectively promote and sell high-end merchandise to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell merchandise by confidently recommending products that suit customers’ needs and preferences.
Demonstrate strong sales techniques to consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Provide professional and personalized service to customers while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.
Utilize fashion knowledge and product expertise to guide customers in selecting appropriate styles and products.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
Ensure the sales floor remains organized, fully stocked, and presented according to company standards.
Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, and promotional campaigns to effectively promote them to customers.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high-performing and sales-focused retail environment.
Process customer payments accurately and responsibly, including cash, card, and other approved payment methods, while ensuring daily transactions are properly balanced.
Prepare and submit accurate end-of-day sales and cash reports, including details of daily sales, payment methods, and any discrepancies.

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a high-end fashion retail store.
Must possess strong retail sales experience and demonstrate a keen eye for fashion and styling.
Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proven ability to effectively promote and sell merchandise to customers.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Energetic, reliable, and customer-oriented personality.
Must be available to work different shifts as required.
Experience handling cash, processing payments, balancing daily transactions, and preparing end-of-day reports.

Working Hours
Operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including public holidays. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts during these hours is required.
