We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our store team. The Sales Clerk assists customers in finding and selecting products, maintains store organization, and ensures a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise across various product categories.
Answer customer questions about products, store policies, and promotions.
Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are attractively presented.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Support inventory management by reporting low stock or damaged items to supervisors.
Help with store opening and closing tasks as assigned.
Direct customers to the cashier for payment processing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information on returns or exchanges, referring to management when necessary.
