A reputable maintenance company is seeking an experienced Senior Handyman to provide repair and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.
Duties:
*Perform general repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing, water filtration systems, and fixture installation.
*Use hand and power tools safely.
*Inspect properties, identify maintenance needs, provide quotations and complete assigned work orders.
*Maintain clean, safe work areas and provide professional customer service.
*Travel to various residential and commercial job sites.
*Respond to emergency repair requests
Requirements
*Minimum 20 years’ relevant handyman, construction, or property-maintenance experience.
*Broad practical repair and maintenance skills.
*Experience with low-high pressure systems, water filtration systems, and plumbing safety standards.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Strong communication and customer-service skills.
*Valid Cayman Islands driver’s licence.
*Relevant trade qualifications are an asset.
