GrimeX Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Person to perform general property maintenance and repairs and support AC system cleaning, mold remediation, power washing, exterior cleaning, and related field services.
Duties: Clean air handlers and ductwork; assist with mold abatement/remediation; perform minor wall, ceiling, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs; operate hand/power tools and cleaning equipment; transport tools/materials; move furniture/equipment; assist with hurricane preparation; and perform post-job clean-up and related duties.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years' practical experience in maintenance, repairs, remediation, specialized cleaning, or similar work; basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and repair skills; safe use of hand/power tools; good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills; valid driver's licence; ability to perform physically demanding work indoors/outdoors, including lifting, ladder work, and use of PPE.
