Role
• Maintain client accounting and statutory records for captive insurance clients.
• Produce un-audited financial statements for captive clients on a quarterly or monthly basis, and work with the clients' auditors to assist the efficient completion of the annual audited financial statements.
• Prepare statistical analyses and reports as required.
• Liaise with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("CIMA") and submit informational or regulatory filings to CIMA and the Registrar of Companies on Captive clients’ behalf.
• Attend to all other day-to-day activities of captive clients including but not limited to liaising with the captive’s other consultants (e.g. lawyers, brokers, investment advisers, claims assessors, actuaries, tax professionals, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and Company regulations.
• Promote an environment that supports inclusion and diversity and reflects the Artex Brand.
• Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
• Supervise junior staff as required.
• Provide training to junior and other staff as required.

Qualifications and Requirements :
• A bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, accounting, finance, or in a related subject area
• Professional accounting qualification is required e.g. CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
or working towards a professional qualification
• At least +3 years’ experience working in the financial services industry with 2 years of captive insurance experience.
• Must have a solid technical ability and understanding US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS captive insurance and accounting standard regulations
