Mason/Carpenter/Steel Worker/ Painter/ Plumber (Multi Purpose Position).

We are looking to hire a skilled Mason/Carpenter/Steel Worker/ Painter/ Plumber with knowledge of various techniques. You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. A skilled steelworker will be required to interpret engineering blueprints, fabricate steel frames and supports, and oversee the installation of steel infrastructure. You will also be required to perform maintenance and repairs to existing steel structures.
Masons can cut, dress and lay stone, and is proficient with both modern power tools and traditional hand tools. Masons can expect to work in all weather and with various materials, lift and carry heavy objects, and read and assess technical drawings. Their responsibilities include texturing and polish stone blocks, installing dressed stone, mixing cement and mortar, and restoring old and damaged masonry works.
Carpenter Responsibilities:
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
• Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
• Installation of Drywall, Metal Frame
• Drywall Framing
• Drywall partition and Finishing
• Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
• Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
Mason Responsibilities.
• Maintaining tools and workspaces.
• Cutting, shaping, and dressing materials.
• Lifting, carrying, and placing prepared blocks.
• Reading and following technical drawings.
• Training apprentices.
• Restoring old and worn masonry.
• Determining material requirements and construction techniques based on design specifications.
• Constructing frames, supports, columns, concrete reinforcements, and other structures.
• Transporting elements to the construction site and demarcating, offloading, and working areas.
• Preparing for installation by measuring, cutting, aligning, and placing structures.
Steel Worker Responsibilities:
• Reading and interpreting architectural blueprints and engineering plans.

• Constructing steel frames, supports, columns, concrete reinforcements, and other steel structures.
• Transporting steel elements to the construction site and demarcating offloading and working areas.

Painter Responsibilities:
• Selecting the correct tools and paints for projects.

• Using fillers such as putty and plaster to repair cracks.
• Buying paint, brushes, and other supplies.
• Obeying workplace safety rules.
• Collaborating with other design and construction specialists.
• Keeping the workspace and tools clean.

Apprentice Plumber Responsibilities:
• Locating and identifying leaks.
• Repairing or replacing pipes and parts.
• Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to complete a job.
• Assisting with preparing cost estimates for clients.
• Helping the Plumber ensure that all work follows local plumbing codes.
• Must be able to work without hesitation to all working condition
• Must clean various working areas for the plumber to diagnose the problem
• Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.
• Answering client queries.
