Senior Accountant.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for various aspects of the Finance function for several entities that are subject to multiple accounting constructs.

Responsibilities:
• Review and maintain the books and records for multiple legal entities that are subject to different accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, country-specific – HK and Mainland China GAAP)
• Onboard entities into existing systems and processes (chart of accounts, controls process, and adjusting books)
• Maintain and improve financial reporting system, quarterly close process, procedures and policy documents
• Serve a liaison to service providers for entities in your purview (consultants and auditors)
• Functional responsibilities may include financial reporting, treasury and wire operations, accounts payable, reconciliations, financial planning, vendor management and general office management

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6+ years’ work experience in corporate accounting with a focus on financial services
• CPA (or equivalent) is required
• Strong accounting and controls background
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate with C-suite
• Self-starter with ability to identify and drive improvements to existing processes and procedures
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite
