Corporate Department Manager.

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Corporate Banking team. This role focuses on managing credit facilities, aligning risk controls with group standards, and driving strategic business growth across our international network.
​Key Responsibilities
​Cultivate strong working relationships across the BOC Group network while structuring and delivering tailored credit instruments and financing facilities.
​Evaluate and mitigate credit and operational risks, ensuring strict compliance with BOC Group standards and internal control frameworks (conducted primarily in Chinese).
​Prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly performance, profitability, and risk evaluation reports to Head Office in written Chinese.
​Drive CRM strategies, support annual business planning, and track portfolio performance against established departmental targets.
​Requirements & Qualifications
​Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
​Minimum of 8 years of corporate banking experience within an international financial institution.
​Strong working knowledge of China-related credit markets, cross-border corporate lending, and the Chinese banking regulatory landscape.
​Complete professional fluency (written and spoken) in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
