Director Insolvency.

Overview:
The Director Insolvency is responsible for managing all client assignments and promoting the service offering to the internal and external market. The Director reports to the Managing Director / Partner of the Insolvency service line.

Responsibilities:
• Accept the appointment of Voluntary and Official Liquidator.
• Manage and oversee all statutory and legal requirements on client assignments.
• Manage staff workloads on client assignments.
• Ensure all client assignments are progressed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with appointed attorneys and other service providers.
• Manage WIP and department fee targets.
• Provide client progress reports to the Managing Director.
• Organize and attend marketing events.

• Proven ability to build up their own contact base for client referrals.
• Ability to manage and progress liquidation assignments as the lead liquidator with minimum oversight by the Managing Director.
• Meet or exceed individual fee targets on a regular basis.

Qualifications required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• ACCA / CPA professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Professional insolvency qualification.
• Qualified to accept appointment by the Cayman Court as official liquidator of any Cayman company in accordance with the requirements set out in Insolvency Practitioners Regulations (2023 Consolidation).
• At least 8 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring.

Salary range: CI $148,000 - $165,000 per annum
