Sales Associate.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 4 years of proven jewelry sales experience, a strong understanding of fine jewelry, and a natural ability to connect with customers. This individual must be a go-getter with the confidence to pursue sales opportunities, the professionalism to represent our brand, and the interpersonal skills to build long-term customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Engagement & Sales:-

* Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
* Educate customers on jewelry details, including diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, craftsmanship, and design.
* Demonstrate expert product knowledge to build trust and credibility with customers.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
* Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:-

* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through professional service and follow-ups.
* Maintain database with detailed notes to track customers, anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions.
* Proactively reach out to past clients with new product updates, promotions, or personalized recommendations.

Store Presentation & Operations:-

* Assist in creating attractive, eye-catching displays and merchandising that highlight featured collections.
* Ensure jewelry cases, displays, and the overall store are always clean, organized, and presentable.
* Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, exchanges, repairs, and special orders.
* Maintain inventory awareness, and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:-

* Minimum of 3 to 4 years jewelry sales experience (required).
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.*
* Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, settings, and fine jewelry design.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a go-getter mindset.
* Professional appearance and demeanor with attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and some holidays.
* Basic computer skills preferred (Word/Excel).
