Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership, financial management expertise, and a commitment to regulatory standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Oversight: Supervise clinic staff schedules, allocate resources effectively, and foster collaboration between administrative and clinical teams.
Operational Management:
Ensure smooth day to day workflows, enforce healthcare policies, and maintain seamless operations across all levels of the clinic.
Financial Accountability:
Oversee accounts receivable/payable, reconcile insurance claims and patient billing, manage vendor payments, stock control, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to healthcare standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and local health authority requirements, safeguarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Quality Assurance & Projects:
Lead quality improvement initiatives, manage new projects, and implement innovative solutions to enhance patient care and operational performance.
Organizational Development:
Restructure processes and systems to improve efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and support long term clinic growth.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of five years’ experience in operations supervision or management, preferably in a healthcare or medical clinic setting.
• Strong background in financial management, medical billing, and insurance reconciliation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage HR responsibilities, and optimize staff scheduling.
• Experience in project management, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field; certification in medical practice management is an asset.
• Must be a Caymanian, Permanent Residents or Local Residents to apply.
