The MEP Project Manager (Electrical) is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the delivery of all electrical and associated MEP services throughout the design, construction, commissioning and handover phases of BlueCap's development projects. The role ensures works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the delivery of all electrical and MEP works from design through commissioning and final handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and subcontractors to ensure programme, quality and budget objectives are achieved.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs and technical submissions.
• Monitor project schedules, procurement, construction progress and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, project specifications, health and safety legislation and quality standards.
• Assist with procurement, contract administration, cost control and variation management.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Prepare regular progress reports for the Development Leadership Team.
• Support the successful achievement of Practical Completion and Certificate of Occupancy.

Qualifications
Essential
• Qualified Electrical Tradesperson or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years' experience delivering major construction projects.
• Extensive experience managing electrical and MEP installations on complex developments.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, QA/QC procedures and international electrical standards.
Desirable
• Certified Quality Inspector (CQI).
• Business Management qualification.
• Experience delivering luxury hospitality, residential or mixed-use developments.
• Caribbean or international project experience.

Salary Range: US$ 150K to 180K per year based on qualifications and experience. Plus pension, health insurance and annual leave.
