The successful candidate will be expected to:
Create and revise 2D & 3D high-quality technical designs and drawings, blueprints and layouts using AutoCAD
• Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project from tender, manufacturing, construction and erection
• Ensure drawings are compliant with industry and safety standards and protocols
• Conduct site visits when required to oversee quality control of manufactured waffle-crete precast products
• Handle the administrative functions and coordination support of our building projects.
• Assist with overseeing the project's daily functions to track project milestones, ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met by liaisoning with sub-contractors, inspectors and report to supervisors
• Assist with material procurement (both local and overseas) and keep records of inventory and distribution,
• Oversee onsite timekeeping and HR administrative requirements
