Job Description/Required Skills/Experience:

As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Advisory practice, you will support our Corporate Finance team. You will provide a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Valuation mandates for clients that include large, sophisticated asset managers and family offices, as well as smaller regional and local operating companies. Your role will include the following:

You will be conducting and reviewing financial analyses, valuations and market research across asset classes including private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real estate. Deliverables include preparing valuation reports, financial models, presentations and transaction materials; supporting advisory and due diligence engagements; managing due diligence workflows and data rooms; and liaising with clients, advisors and stakeholders.

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance or valuation role, with strong skills in financial analysis, modelling, and report writing. You should hold an internationally recognized accounting qualification such as CPA, ACA, or CA.

Manager or Senior Manager staff grade will be based on experience and interview.

Salary: CI$85,588-$136,325 with an annual bonus opportunity.

Working hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week. In line with your role and group, you will be required to work overtime when necessary to ensure client and Firm demands are met.
