Gusto Cayman is seeking enthusiastic applicants for the position of Food and Beverage Server to join our energetic, customer-focused team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a lively bar environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and create a fun, inviting atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to bar standards
• Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations when appropriate
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Process payments and handle cash responsibly
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous bar or food & beverage service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic drinks and bar service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
