Food & Beverage Server
George Town
Monday – Sunday (shift-based, 40 hours per week)
Full-time

Duties include:

● Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing
them with accurate bills, serving drinks, processing payments in a timely manner;
● Taking inventory and keeping the bar top stocked;
● Having knowledge of the general wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages the bar serves;
● Cleaning and clearing tables;
● Verifying customers are of drinking age, as required; and
● Assisting with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications/requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional time management skills.
Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
Basic math and computer skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods.
With a Clean Police record.
