Job Summary
Bliss Bar & Lounge & Nightclub is seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Servers to join our hospitality team. The Server will provide excellent beverage service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, attentive, and able to work efficiently during busy shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally
- Present menu and provide recommendations on drinks
- Take accurate drinks orders
- Serve beverages in a timely manner
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Work closely with bartenders, servers and management
- Follow all health, safety and alcohol service regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Upsell menu items, cocktails, and specials when appropriate

Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, lounge or nightclub preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems is an asset
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
