RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keeping the dishwashing area, including machines, sinks, and floors, clean and organized.
• Lifting and holding dishes, knives and heavy kitchen utensils, must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Emptying trash receptacles, disposing of waste properly, and managing recycling.
• Helping other kitchen staff with cleaning tasks, unloading deliveries, and other duties as needed.
• Monitoring dishwashing supplies like detergents and reporting needs to the supervisor.
• Notifying supervisors of any mechanical problems with dishwashers or any sanitation.
• Keep the cleaning supplies inventory and ensure that cleaning chemicals are handled and utilized as per the manufacturer's instructions.

REQUIREMENTS
• 2 years of dishwashing experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Able to prioritize workloads efficiently and how to keep a kitchen clean and tidy and meet the required food safety and hygiene standards.
• Passionate, well-organized and can lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness, food safety standards and a passion for creative food preparation is essential.
• Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to provide a 5-year employment history.
REMUNERATION
The hourly pay is CI$10 plus gratuities. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, pension, meal per shift, and many other benefits to eligible employees. Hours work: 45 hours per week during restaurant operations.
