KITCHEN HELPER.

THAI GROUP LTD T/A THAI ORCHID are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, organization, and general kitchen duties.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, follows food safety and hygiene standards, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Follow recipes and instructions provided by the kitchen team.
Assist with plating, portioning, and serving food when required.
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Keep workstations, counters, floors, and storage areas clean and organized.
Properly store food, ingredients, and supplies.
Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries.
Rotate food supplies and check items for freshness.
Remove garbage and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
Assist with kitchen setup and cleanup before and after service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Help maintain adequate supplies throughout the shift.
Assist other kitchen team members as needed.
Perform other duties assigned by the Chef, Supervisor, or Manager.

Qualifications
3-4 Years Experience
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies when required.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
