Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward responsible solely for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen. This role does not involve any food preparation or cooking duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas
• Ensure proper waste disposal and garbage handling
• Keep floors, walls, and work areas clean at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of sinks, drains, and grease traps
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a stewarding or cleaning role
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual
Eligibility:
• Only Caymanian or Permanent Resident applicants will be considered
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
