Cayman Dental is seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Dental & Medical Billing / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Job duties include:
• Verifying insurance benefits and submitting insurance claims & pre-authorizations
• Setting up patient financial accounts and posting payments
• Sending statements
• Managing aging reports
• Maintaining proper financial and insurance records
Position Requirements:
• Must have a certificate in Dental and Medical Clinical Coding & Billing
• Must have at least 1 year of experience using Open Dental software
• Previous experience in dental/medical billing and patient coordination
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a busy dental clinical environment
Position Details:
Location: Cayman Dental
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: $3,500 per month
