Senior Associate – Project & Data Analysis
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the administration of Loan Services records, updating financial records using Power BI and NetSuite as well as completing international bank reconciliations and assisting with systems user setup and other ad hoc projects as required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Specific Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasting models and reporting tools to monitor anticipated receipts and payment obligations associated with high-volume tax remittance cycles, supporting liquidity planning and operational decision-making.
Execute and reconcile complex financial transactions, including external wire transfers and intercompany account movements, ensuring compliance with internal controls, delegated authorities, and regulatory requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of ad hoc payment and receipt requests, validating supporting documentation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within established service standards.
Produce and maintain advanced Excel-based tracking, reporting, and reconciliation tools utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analytical dashboards to support operational and financial reporting requirements.
Analyze transaction data and operational metrics to identify trends, exceptions, and potential process improvement opportunities, supporting enhanced efficiency, data accuracy, and risk mitigation.
Oversee the administration of high-volume incoming documentation, applying judgment and analytical review to classify, prioritize, and route information to the appropriate stakeholders while maintaining audit-ready records.
Coordinate cross-functional workflow management and approval processes, tracking deliverables against deadlines, monitoring bottlenecks, and providing reporting on progress, risks, and outstanding actions.
Manage the integrity, accuracy, and organization of large data sets across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with document retention requirements and data governance standards.
Provide project coordination support by maintaining project trackers, compiling performance metrics, producing status reports, and supporting the analysis of project-related data to facilitate informed decision-making.
Prepare, reconcile, and analyze quarterly billing information through the consolidation of financial and operational data, supporting invoice generation, variance analysis, and revenue reporting activities.
Develop and maintain management reports and KPI dashboards, transforming complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements through data analysis, workflow evaluation, and automation opportunities, contributing to increased operational effectiveness and enhanced service delivery.
Other Responsibilities
Provide support and technical expertise to Harmonic projects and initiatives as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: A University graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent qualification
Experience: Must have minimum of 2 years of experience specifically focusing on data analysis, projects and finance. Experience within the fund administration space preferred.
Knowledge: Must have minimum of 2 years of experience specifically focusing on project administration and finance ideally within the fund administration space.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Solid working knowledge of all Windows applications with advanced level knowledge of excel
Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Sharepoint knowledge would be an asset
Must have experience using NetSuite and Power BI, Zoho CRM and customer screening tools such as Word Check/Compliance, Thompson Reuters
Basic understanding and experience using FM3 software and/or fund accounting applications

- Salary USD$ 64,000 to $ 79,000
