Duties and responsibilities include:
• Employees must always be mindful of all pumps to avoid any drive-offs.
• The employee must adapt to a fast-paced environment constantly changing and barraging with sights, sounds, and smells throughout the shift.
• The employee needs to work with the team to keep the station always clean, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, upkeep, and cleaning equipment, and removing trash.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• The ability to speak more than one language is a plus.
As the job is a 24-hour business, the employee must be willing to work shifts, holidays, and weekends. The employee must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. The employee must be a team player and able to work under pressure. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
