Pump Attendant.

Reflections Discount Club Ltd. T/A Jose’s Rubis is a busy gasoline station and convenience store open daily.

The Pump Attendant will be responsible for the following:
• Expected to execute Rubis Star Service to each motorist as per training.
• Maintains a clean and neat work area/service island.
• Directs customers to desired items, and anticipates customer’s needs as much as possible.
• Obtains merchandise for customers from the shelf or stockroom.
• Cleans up broken items and other messes.
• Sweeps aisles, dusts display racks/shelves, and performs other general cleaning duties.
• Carries customers’ purchases to the parking lot, and helps pack groceries into their vehicles, as needed.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and stand for long periods; ability to lift.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience is required.
• Maintain a clean, smart appearance always. (Staff are issued with “Rubis” polo-type shirts and these should be worn as directed.)
• Follow published work schedules and strictly adhere to times indicated thereon.
• No eating, drinking, smoking, chewing of gum in the stores.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy with regards to drugs and alcohol, and we reserve the right to test any employee suspected of having a problem.
• Use of cellular phones during working hours is prohibited. Cellular phone use should be reserved for breaks and lunch hours.
• Courtesy and respect must be always shown to all customers. Customer service is the key to success.
• Must be willing to work Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, and irregular overnight shifts with varying days-off.
