Customer Service Attendant.

They are accepting applications from Caymanians/Status Holders only for the position of Customer Service Attendant that can work on different stations, pump attendant and kitchen helper. As the job is a 24-hour business, the employee may be required to work during various hours, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, as needed.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Employee will not be handling form of cash or any POS (Point of Sale)
• Employee will need to be mindful at all times of all pumps to avoid any drive offs.
• Employee needs to adapt to a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and barraging with sights, sounds, smells continuously throughout the shift.
• Employee needs to work with the team to keep the station clean at all times, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, upkeep and cleaning equipment and removal of trash. Clean and maintain the kitchen equipment and restocking of kitchen equipment and supplies. They will also wash the dishes and other kitchen paraphernalia and help prepare the food that needs to be served in the convenience store.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience is required. The ability to speak more than one language is a plus.
