Customer Service Attendant.

Reflections Discount Club Ltd. T/A Jose’s Rubis is a busy gasoline station and convenience store open daily. The company is looking for Customer Service Attendant.

For the position of Customer Service Attendant, the duties and responsibilities include:
• When working the front, the employee will need to assist customers checking out items purchased from the store. Processing POS (Point of Sales) transactions with customer products quickly and efficiently. Must have an outgoing and friendly personality to offer excellent customer service, be able to work in a fast-paced, stressful retail environment, process payments, clean products and equipment, and the store and some shelf stocking. Employees need to be able to work shifts, during days, nights, holidays & weekends.
• Employees must be constantly mindful to avoid drive-offs/ customers not paying their bills.
• Employees work with the team to keep the station always clean, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, upkeep and cleaning equipment, and removing trash.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications needed for the role will be 1-2 years minimum experience in a convenience store/gas station required with good customer service and sales skills. Must be willing to work shift hours, public holidays, and weekends. Must be well-groomed, a team-player and can work well under pressure.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
