SERVICE DISPATCHER.

IMA Landscaping & Maintenance Ltd. T/A IMA De Fleurs is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily service requests, schedules, crews, and customer communications.

The applicant will work for the Primary Employer (Ima De Fleurs) for 25 hours per week and work for the Additional Employer (Sunflower Cleaning Services) for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance crews to job sites.
Receive and coordinate customer service requests and inquiries.
Communicate daily schedules, assignments, and updates to field staff.
Monitor crew locations, job progress, and service completion.
Coordinate changes, cancellations, and urgent service requests.
Maintain accurate schedules, work orders, customer records, and service logs.
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, delays, and service updates.
Coordinate with supervisors and management to ensure efficient operations.
Follow up on completed jobs and outstanding service requests.
Assist with preparing daily and weekly work schedules and reports.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other customer communications professionally.
Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, landscaping, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, professional, and customer focused.
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
