CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER.

An established Cayman Islands company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of residential and commercial construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day project execution, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining project schedules, monitoring costs and progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with HSE, approved drawings, specifications, and local regulatory requirements.
Applicants should have proven construction management experience with a strong working knowledge of building construction, MEP coordination, finishes, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and subcontractor management.
The ideal candidate will be organized, commercially aware, solutions-driven, and capable of independently managing projects from planning through completion and handover.
Key Requirements:
• Proven construction/project management experience
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of project scheduling, procurement and cost control
• Strong understanding of construction quality and HSE requirements
• Excellent communication, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Cayman Islands construction experience would be an advantage
Relevant technical, construction management, engineering, or project management qualifications are preferred.
