Cayman Paradise Tours are hiring a Boat Captain
This person must have experience working on boats large/small. You will be the captain in charge of our vessels, guests and interacting with our visitors giving briefings. You must have knowledge of the Cayman Islands, especially the North Sound.
Ability to swim, handle stingrays, pull/drop the anchor and have full knowledge of DOE rules. Be able to read and write, take instructions, and handle pressure under difficult circumstances. Must be English-speaking, have exceptional time-keeping, be a team player, and be presentable at all times. Also, must have a clean police clearance and a driving license
It is a serious role, we have people's lives are in our hands.
There will be mandatory drug tests as part of employment.
Shifts are 6 days per week - 7am-6pm. Including Sat, Sun and public holidays. $10.75 US per hour for 40 hours per week, with health and pension benefits.
