Company: Frank’s Watersports Ltd, we are a small Caymanian owned business that offers Sea tours in the Cayman Islands.
We are seeking qualified, vibrant and well-rounded Caymanian’s to filled Job openings.
Description of Duties: To assist the Boat Captain in all duties on the boat including professional Boat Maintenance work.
Hanads-On Customer service skills.
Candidates have to ensure our clients enjoyed the Cayman Kind Tour Experience.
And above all endorse good practice of Guests safety skills.
Prospective candidate must have at least 3-4 years experience working as a Deck-Hand on a large tour vessel.
Must be a good swimmer and in good health.
Must have adequate transportation ss work hours varies and include weekends and Public Holidays and evening cruises.
Must have experience in general boat-maintenance, including Boat-cleaning, sanding and painting.
High school level.
Bi-lingual would-be a plus.
Salary range will be CI$8.75 to CI$10 depending on qualification, Knowledge and experience.
Working 34 to 40 hours per week.

Boat Operation is located at the Safe Haven Marina.
Home Office West Bay.
