HVAC Technician/Installer.

The client needs an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician/Installer with the following duties and responsibilities: maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and overhauling complete air conditioning systems, replacing and installing parts as necessary. This person will check and test for leaks, set and adjust and regulators, and check operations after installation. Remain current on equipment repair procedures and best practices to maintain technical knowledge. Cleaning and assisting with the upkeep of the properties to ensure an orderly and safe work environment. Utilizing proper tools, safety measures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in all work actions. Ordering of maintenance supplies/parts. Able to prioritize and complete work orders on time. Able to work on holidays and weekends if necessary. Able to be on call for after-hour emergencies. Able to read wiring diagrams and mechanical plans. This person will interact with the customers, explaining issues, providing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate must have at least five years of experience with air conditioning systems installations, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installing, and fabricating air conditioning duct and sheet metal systems to a standard of workmanship while working within a strict operational schedule. The candidate must be able to read and understand blueprint drawings.
