RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and welcome our guests and promptly serve their drinks and food.
• Pour (serve) drinks using standard pour according to agreed specifications, maintain accountability for drink quality, recipe execution, and bar consistency.
• Receive and process orders in the POS system with accuracy ensuring that all sales and float balance at the end of the shift.
• Clean and maintain the bar and equipment in a surgically clean condition.
• Fill and clean ice bins, clean and empty trash cans, change kegs, stock beer and wine coolers, must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of drinks and other inventory submitting requisitions in a timely manner and place supply orders.
• Notify a manager if a guest is becoming intoxicated or rude to other guests.

REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar position.
• Certification or Diploma in Bartending
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, great communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
• Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to provide a 5-year employment history.
REMUNERATION
The hourly pay is $12 USD plus gratuities. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, pension, meal per shift, and many other benefits to eligible employees. Hours work: 45 hours per week during restaurant operations.
