Responsibilities:

- Craft a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage warmly with customers, accurately take orders, and serve beverages and snacks.
- Understand and anticipate customers’ preferences, offering tailored recommendations.
- Skillfully mix ingredients to create both classic and innovative cocktails.
- Curate and present an appealing and diverse bar menu.
- Maintain bar inventory by restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Prioritize the guest experience, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional atmosphere.
- Adhere strictly to all food and beverage regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
- Extensive knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation techniques.
- Proficiency with POS systems and related technology.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and outstanding communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep the bar well-stocked, tidy, and clean.
