F&B Server/Bartender.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bartender, server or similar Food & Beverage role.
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and standard beverage preparation.
Previous experience using a POS system and handling cash.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays, supplies and beverage items.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Must be reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional food and beverage service.
Take and accurately enter food and drink orders using the POS system.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine and beer.
Check identification where required to confirm legal drinking age.
Serve meals, beverages and snacks to guests in restaurant, bar and pool bar areas.
Answer menu questions, make recommendations and upsell food and beverage items.
Process guest payments and reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
Maintain clean and fully stocked bar, restaurant and service areas.
Monitor and replenish beverage and operating supplies.
Assist with inventory, stock requisitions and restocking.
Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and all applicable liquor licence requirements.
Comply with Company health, safety, hygiene and food-handling standards.
Report guest complaints, breakages, equipment faults and safety concerns to Management.
Assist with opening, closing and general cleaning duties.
Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Perform other reasonable Food & Beverage duties as assigned by Management.
