Wellness Coach & Personal Trainer.

This is an exciting part-time opportunity for the right person to get in with our team and help improve the lives of women all around Cayman Islands.
The expectations of this role are:
- Exhibit and satisfy all duties & responsibilities that exist for a Nutritionally Unique coach
- Deliver pre-designed sessions and workout plans for clients of all ages
- Energize and motivate clients through coaching
- Responsible for building and retaining own clientele
- Teach proper techniques to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing coaches
- Maintain strong social media presence to increase clientele
- Passion for women’s health
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
- Ability to adapt and customize coaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and preferences of clients.
- Be willing to work on land and in the water.

Qualifications:
- Current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
- Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification
- Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized nutrition certification
- Proven experience in health and wellness coaching, with a focus on nutrition and exercise.
- Direct coaching sessions with patients: 2 years (Preferred)
- Group fitness instructor: 2 years (Preferred)
- Proficient in virtual coaching platforms and comfortable conducting sessions in a virtual environment as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information in an understandable and motivating manner.
