We are seeking a qualified and motivated Part-Time Fitness Instructor to lead group fitness classes and support client wellness initiatives across multiple locations in Grand Cayman.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in group fitness instruction, with specific experience in indoor cycling (spin) and mat-based Pilates. The instructor must be confident delivering structured, safe, and engaging classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead group fitness classes including spin and Pilates
• Provide proper technique instruction and exercise modifications
• Ensure participant safety and adherence to best practices
• Assist with basic client consultations and goal-setting where required
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
• Travel between scheduled class locations as needed
• Represent the business professionally at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Recognized Group Fitness Certification
• Indoor Cycling (Spin) Certification
• Pilates Mat Certification (or equivalent training)
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching group fitness classes
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to travel between multiple work locations
