Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Position Overview

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving and processing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and efficient. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, process, and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Receive incoming goods and update inventory quantities using the company’s inventory management software.
· Perform general packing, organizing, and cleaning of storage rooms and shelves to maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
· Assist with monthly product promotions, including preparation and organization of promotional items.
· Perform routine checks of inventory to identify items that are expired, damaged, or nearing expiration, log findings on a rotational schedule.
· Carry out general administrative tasks, including tracking inventory levels, logging low or out-of-stock items, generating simple reports, and tracking shipment documents.
· Pick up and deliver orders as required.

· Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate logistics for incoming shipments, including scheduling and documentation

Applicants should have 3 years prior experience working in a retail or warehouse position and should be self-motivated and be able to work on their own.
Successful candidates will be required to work 45hr/ week, 6 days per week.

Salary CI$ 1750 / Month plus additional benefits.
