VP- Financial Planning & Anlysis.

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the company’s consolidated results by building financial reports and comprehending principal business drivers.
• Collaborate with the team to assemble and systematize corporate planning processes, including monthly forecasts and business reviews.
• Develop and assist with the calculation of KPIs, metrics and dashboards
• Provide support to the FP&A team in responding to senior management’s ad hoc inquiries regarding the company’s financial projections.
• Work with the FP&A team assisting in financial, variance and trend analysis;
• Act as a Strategic Business Partner to Corporate Areas and Business Units, reviewing figures, forecasts, and results.
• Must be able to research and build up accounting knowledge, including Brazilian GAAP, US GAAP, and apply this knowledge to daily activities;
• Challenge figures, detect financial inconsistencies, and collaborate with management to rectify issues.
• Independently execute projects to enhance daily operating processes and boost the efficiency of the area.

Candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Experience working with earnings releases and disclosure processes for publicly traded companies is desirable.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Financial planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Engineering
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Brazilian GAAP, Brazilian tax, and corporate Legislation is desirable;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office including VBA and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
