Make Your Mark
Contribute to the overall success of the Finance Department in the Cayman Islands by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are compliant with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

How will you make an impact?
• Lead management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Support annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting matters and financial reporting requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and support key strategic initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

What will you bring?
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, coupled with a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, CGA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years' progressive experience in financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic business recommendations.
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial reporting systems.
