Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Acumen Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience across multple professional sectors, including technology, fnance & accountng, compliance, and insurance.

The successful candidate will combine full-cycle recruitment expertse with strong business development capabilites, playing a key role in driving client acquisiton, delivering high-quality talent solutons, and contributng to the long-term growth of the business in the Cayman Islands.

Key Responsibilites:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
-Manage end-to-end/full-cycle recruitment processes, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and salary negotiations.
-Source and engage high-calibre candidates using advanced tools, including AI-driven sourcing platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure technical and cultural fit.
-Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients and internal stakeholders.

Business Development & Client Management

-Lead business development initiatives, including identifying target clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base in key sectors.
-Conduct meetings with C-level executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers to understand workforce needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
-Contribute to proposals, tenders, and service presentations to secure new business.

Strategic & Operational Contribution

-Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement recruitment and business growth strategies.
-Utilise data, analytics, and AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency, automate
processes, and enhance candidate sourcing strategies.
-Contribute to marketing and employer branding initiatives, including content creation and thought leadership across professional platforms.
-Support workforce development initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and industry events.

Stakeholder Engagement & Market Leadership

-Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance on hiring strategy, career development, and market trends.
-Engage with local institutions, industry bodies, and professional networks to support workforce development in the Cayman Islands.
-Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client engagements.

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 7+ years’ experience in recruitment, including full-cycle / 360 recruitment.
-Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within recruitment or professional services.
-Experience recruiting across one or more of the following sectors:
-Technology
- Finance & Accounting
-Compliance
- Insurance
-Strong ability to build and manage client relationships at senior levels.
-Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and placement KPIs.
-Proficiency in CRM systems, recruitment tools, and AI-driven sourcing technologies.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
