SteppingStones is seeking a Human Resources Manager on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months.
The role covers recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and compliance, as well as compensation, payroll and benefits. The successful candidate will advise managers, supervise staff and support workforce planning and process improvements.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, 5–7 years’ HR management experience, and at least 3 years’ supervisory or management experience. Experience managing payroll and benefits, reviewing HR policies and employee records, and using HR systems is required. Strong knowledge of HR legislation and systems, excellent communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential matters are essential. Experience in an organisation with more than 200 employees is desirable.
