COORDINATOR – RECRUITMENT & IMMIGRATION.

Ready to help shape the teams behind some of Cayman's most exciting retail and hospitality brands? We're looking for a Coordinator - Recruitment & Immigration who can spot great talent, create exceptional candidate experiences, and navigate the recruitment journey from first conversation to first day.

DO YOU HAVE:

An associate degree in a related field and/or CISHRP HR certification or similar, preferred
At least 3 years’ HR experience in a similar capacity; previous experience in a complex administrative role is beneficial
Experience screening resumes, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates, in person and by phone/skype, ideally across a variety of industries and professional levels
General knowledge of applicable employment related laws
Working knowledge of Recruitment and Immigration best practices
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a collaborative team
Previous experience working with and accurately maintaining HR Information Systems and documentation
Strong attention to detail and achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
Flexibility to work overtime may be required from time to time to meet deadlines

WE WANT YOU TO:

Be familiar with current recruitment practices to attract and select qualified candidates to fill vacancies at all levels and for a wide range of professions/industries
Ensure that the appropriate recruitment processes are undertaken including advertising vacancies, pre-screening and screening candidates, and adequate checks are completed such as background checks, pre-employment testing and Immigration approvals where relevant
Monitor all applicant queries and applications received via various channels (ACL Careers, LinkedIn, Reception etc.) and ensure appropriate timely responses
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on their recruitment drives including securing appropriate business approval, required forms and recruitment strategy
