Senior Manager/Associate Director, Audit

US$115,000 – US$150,000 Per annum

As a member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of audit clients, reporting directly to the Partners. This role involves supervision of staff and developing client relationships.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing detailed audit work of various insurance and investment structures and related vehicles;
• Reviewing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, UK GAAP and International Accounting Standards;
• Managing multiple projects;
• Researching accounting and regulatory issues;
• Managing a large and complex client portfolio,
• Playing an active role in the management and supervision of the personnel within the audit practice;
• Developing client proposals, presentations & other client related documents.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Applicant must hold a recognized professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.) with at least five to six years of relevant external audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm. This position requires audit experience in the financial services industry in addition to extensive knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, and a highly motivated individual with strong management and communication skills, attention for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will need to be able to work a flexible schedule as overtime is required. This role will involve supervision of staff and developing client relationships.
