All candidates should be able to provide a clean Police Record, have a good command of the English Language and can deliver Quality Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to communicate effectively with Clients, Drivers and other members of Staff to ensure a smooth operation
- Organize Drivers/Buses & Clients for Tours
- Lead Clients in an orderly manner to the Tour Bus for their designated Tour
- Communicate effectively via Radio
- Communicate with Drivers to monitor Tour time
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work in Outdoors/Humid Weather conditions
- Assist Clients with general information
Requirements:
- 5 years experience as a Sales Representative/Dispatcher
- Strong communication/negotiation skills
- Bilingual but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer Service trained
