SALES ASSOCIATE / CLEANER.

Rainna Trading Co. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Associate/Cleaner who can effectively communicate, meet sales goals, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and promote products to drive sales.
- Have strong knowledge of electronic spare parts for cellphones and laptops, including software updates.
- Utilize effective sales techniques for electronics, jewelry, and accessories.
- Drive for pick-ups and deliveries; must have a valid driver's license.
-Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and recommendations.
- Check stock at other branches or order items as needed.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Escalate complaints to management.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales efforts.
- Lift heavy boxes and organize the storage area.
- Maintain a clean store environment, including regular cleaning of bathrooms and shop floors.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
-Maintain clean and presentable shelves, displays, floors, counters, and customer areas.
- Ensure trash is emptied and cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Perform other sales, cleaning, and general duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Have strong knowledge of electronic spare parts for cellphones and laptops, including software updates.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the sales process.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine cleaning duties.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean police record.
