Requirements:
• WSET or similar training level 2+ required
• Has previous experience as a Sales Representative
• Relationship with hospitality locally is a plus
• Excellent in public speaking, presentation and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, polished appearance with a high level of personal presentation and professionalism
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Ability to manage multi accounts, priorities, events and deadlines
• Confidently represent the company at events, promotions, tastings, and industry functions
• Redesign cocktail menus and train bar staff on making it.
• Must have own vehicle and valid Cayman Islands driver license
• Proficiency in QuickBooks online
• Must have clean criminal record
