Sales Representative.

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell building materials to construction companies island-wide. This is a field-based role — you will spend most of your week on the road and on active job sites, meeting contractors, project managers, and site foremen where they work.

You will own your accounts end to end: finding the opportunity, quoting the materials, closing the sale, and making sure the delivery lands correctly.

What You'll Do
Call on construction companies, contractors, and job sites across Grand Cayman to sell our full range of building materials
Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts while actively prospecting for new ones
Prepare quotations for contractors, including basic quantity takeoffs of structural materials from plans and drawings
Advise customers on product selection based on how the material will actually be used on site
Coordinate with our warehouse and logistics team to ensure orders are picked, scheduled, and delivered accurately
Track market activity — new projects, upcoming tenders, competitor pricing — and feed it back to management
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, quotes, and pipeline
What You Need
Previous experience in construction materials sales, or comparable experience in the construction trades with a demonstrated ability to sell
Sound working knowledge of how construction materials are used on site — not just what they are, but where they go and why
Ability to perform basic quantity takeoffs of structural materials from construction drawings
Comfortable spending the majority of your time in the field and on active job sites
Valid Cayman Islands driver's licence and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with contractors and site personnel
